We’re Vanita and Murphy—husband and wife, food lovers, and the heart behind Green Mango Sydney.

Our journey began in 2006 with a cosy Vietnamese restaurant in Regents Park. After 13 years of serving the local community, we wanted to share our flavours beyond a sit-down meal. In 2019, we transitioned to catering, crafting unforgettable food experiences for events of all sizes.

Among our offerings is the BoodleGraze® - our signature flat-lay Vietnamese grazing table, inspired by the Filipino boodle fight. Styled on banana leaves and brimming with vibrant dishes, it's designed for sharing, grazing, and sparking conversations.

Now, approaching our 20th year in the food industry, we're passionate about bringing people together through food. Whether it's a corporate function, a low-key get-together, or a special celebration, we're here to make your event deliciously unforgettable.
